Coming home via the lake

I'm not sure how warm it was this afternoon, but I turned the a/c on at the office for awhile. The bank the thermometer said 77 the last I looked. We are told to expect a cold front coming through this evening.

It's nice to work in Canton because I can drive to the lake on my way home. Recently my sister-in-law gave me a key to the cabin so that I can check on it from time to time. I like it there. The air smelled crisp and fresh this evening. The leaves were crunchy under foot. And a nice sunset as I drove home across the dam.



It was too dark for the windmill shot, but the sky was such a pretty orange.
